At Mad Batter Cakery Co., we are a dedicated gluten-free bakery, crafting all our gluten-free cakes from only the highest quality ingredients. If there is any piece of our cake puzzle that can be made from scratch, we do! AND, we make everything in small batches! We love whipping up batches of gluten-free cupcakes, donuts, brownies, bars, cookies, and a wide range of other treats. Let us help plan a special dessert menu for your event.

Our regular line-up of Carrot, Coconut, and Salted Caramel can usually be ordered with a couple of days’ notice and sometimes even same-day. Please inquire about what other flavors we might have available on short notice. We typically have a variety of cupcake flavors on hand including Dairy-Free & Vegan options!

YES, we can make your cake dairy-free, egg-free, or Vegan but there will be an additional charge.
If you would like fresh flowers added to your cake we charge $20.

Birthday Cake “Funfetti” - Celebrate with our Funfetti Fiesta Cake! Dive into layers of moist vanilla cake bursting with colorful sprinkles, creating a whimsical party in every slice. Topped with a velvety frosting and an extra sprinkle of fun, this cake promises a joyous and flavorful experience that's perfect for any festive occasion!
Carrot - Hands down the best-ever Carrot Cake! Spiced up with a bit of ginger and brown sugar for a twist. I can’t give you all my carrot secrets - you will just have to give it a try yourself! If you prefer, we can omit the cream cheese frosting, walnuts, or pecans.
Chocolate Hazelnut - Dark chocolate cake filled with luxurious chocolate mousse, a layer of Nutella, and chocolate hazelnut buttercream, topped with a chocolate ganache, and hazelnut sprinkles.
Coconut - Dense yet delicate, made with coconut milk and mayonnaise. Filled with silky coconut Swiss meringue buttercream and flaked coconut. The whole cake is engulfed with the same coconut buttercream and topped off with more coconut flakes for the extreme coconut lovers out there!
“The EP” Fluffinator - EP, yes we’re talking about the once-proclaimed king of rock n’ roll’s favorite sandwich recreated in a drool-worthy cake. Caramelized Banana Cake, strawberry jam, peanut butter cream cheese Buttercream, all topped off with toasted marshmallow.
German Chocolate - This three-layer cake is over the top with coconut, pecans and that rich caramel to tie it all together. Finished off with chocolate drizzle along the sides! This classic cake was my Dad's favorite. Cheers, Dad!
Lemon - 2 layers of our classic vanilla spiked with lemon juice and lemon zest, filled and topped with a lemony Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lemon Bliss Bundt - Lover of all things lemon? This cake is for you! Dense cake flavored with Meyer lemon juice, and zest and topped off with a lemon glaze for the ultimate lemon zing. (this one only comes as a 9” bundt, bundt cakes are $60)
Lemon Zucchini - Wonderfully spiced lemon zucchini cake made with fresh lemons and zucchini then filled with goat cheese frosting and glazed with a fresh lemon glaze. This cake is light and moist with a bit of a zing!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Porter Cake - This two-layer cake has it all. A naked adult cake with booze, espresso, and chocolate. Made out of gluten-free beer and then smeared with peanut buttercream. To finish it off, it’s topped with whiskey chocolate glaze and peanut brittle or toffee bits. (Peanut-free version available)
